Vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, then ageing on lees in stainless steel vats.

Purple colour with violet hues. Aroma of red (cherries, redcurrants) and black (blackberries, blackcurrants) berries. Lively and crisp in the mouth, the taste is full-bodied and drinkable.
