Vinification en cuves inox thermorégulées, puis élevage sur lies en cuves inox.
Light golden colour with silver hues. Nose distinguished by white flowers. Smooth and persistent on the palate, with aromas of white-flesh fruit (pears) and stone fruits (apricots, peaches).
